Rock Bottom –> Mountain Tops
Over the last handful of years I have really been reflecting and looking over my entire childhood and college years as an athlete. More importantly, a “student-athlete”. Simultaneously pushing myself to the brink of burnout number 2, while working on building RBR and myself. This journey has led me in so many directions and I have had the privilege of seeing things from all types of perspectives. Specifically, rock bottom AND the highest of mountain tops.
My hopes for you, or anyone considering really embracing self-discovery, to visit my page and find inspiration & motivation to #rise&rebel against the noise as we collaborate in #beingthechange together. Rock Bottom Resilience is many things to me, but it is primarily lifestyle and wellness choices, that focus on preventative medicine, functional body movement, and an individualised & holistic approach to the individual’s overall journey. So, whether you are an advanced athlete, weekend warrior, or just any kind & curious soul looking to focus on natural healing, I urge you look around and maybe even reach out to collab with me. In the meantime…Have a day!

I am an elite athlete and trainer. I currently play semi-professional soccer, for the Rhode Island Rogues FC, in the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL). I am also an Elite (OCR) obstacle racer. I was recently at a professional soccer tryout, in January 2020, when I broke my foot. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the next tryout opportunity is TBD.

I also just recently completed my first marathon, after the 10 month recovery, from my foot surgery, back in January. I placed 10th in my age group (25-29) and have gone on to register for the Canyon Endurance race, in April. With the hopes of qualifying for a spot at the Western 100, in 2022.
